Planning Stephanie & Je's day began back in 2014. I first met these two over a cup of joe at a local coffee house and instantly fell in love with their story....and his accent. Je grew up in France; Stephanie in St. Louis - so I wondered....how did they ever cross paths? Hilariously enough, they met at her sister's wedding. She was a bridesmaid. He was a groomsmen. And their love was instant.

True free-spirits, they envisioned a wedding where mother earth would play a starring role. The gardens at The Old Barn Inn completely encapsulated everything they desired in a wedding venue and we quickly got to work pulling together the remaining pieces of their celebration. Every detail  - from the garden-style florals and farmhouse tables to the elegant lace linens and gold chiavari chairs - created a luxurious yet relaxed, bohemian-inspired wedding celebration. The day was beautiful, even though the weather gods decided to surprise us. We were greeted with tornado sirens as their ceremony came to a close. Thick clouds started rolling in as guests were whisked away to cocktail hour. Rather than let it spoil any of the fun, Steph & Je threw open their darling umbrellas and splashed in the puddles. Their day was a true reflection of their love & it was an honor to share in the joy.
