Rupal + Brian // World's Fair Pavilion

When Rupal + Brian told us they envisioned a lush garden party at World's Fair Pavillion (which we jokingly refer to as our second home), we were instantly on board and brought together so many of our favorite vendors to create the most beautiful wedding celebration for the two of them. It was important that both their cultures and traditions were weaved throughout the wedding day and the fusion of Indian and Western traditions was truly stunning.

Designing at World's Fair Pavilion offers the ability to be your most creative self; the venue is nothing more than a structure requiring everything -- and we mean everything -- to be brought in. While this can be a daunting task, we find it exhilarating. Guests entered the space from the side terrace where a beautiful wood mandap, overlooking Forest Park, was dressed in gorgeous greenery and stunning florals. After the ceremony, the pavilion draped in bistro lighting adorned with greenery welcomed them for dinner and dancing. The lovely Tina of The Special Event Florist created a dreamy atmosphere with beautiful florals and abundant candlelight that touched everything from the tabletops to the custom stage backdrop designed by Exclusive Events. And the smaller details like the gold flatware and blue goblets from Aries Company along with the stunning, personalized menus and custom signage curated by On Three Designs made just as big an impact in the full transformation.

As always, one of our favorite moments is giving our couple the grand reveal. It was incredible to see Rupal + Brian’s faces when they finally saw everything come together. The joy continued, especially when they took center stage after dinner to thank their guests for coming. Brian surprised everyone in that moment with a tribute to his lovely bride—sharing how all the amazing things about her made him a better version of himself. Cue the tears.

Rupal + Brian’s wedding celebration is one that we will always love and we’re thrilled they chose us. Congratulations again to you both!
