Regina + Alex's wedding was extra special for us. Every couple we work with quickly become family, but Regina had been family for years as she was one of the very first assistants for Style: Altar'd. We loved having her on our team, but when she landed a job that took her closer to Alex (he was working in San Antonio), we sent her away with cheers knowing we'd see her again soon. Regina + Alex were high school sweethearts who kept their love alive even while being separated for much of the relationship. Their friends and family were just as excited as they were for the couple to tie the knot.
A beautiful ceremony at St. Ambrose Church, the place where three generations of Regina's family said "I do," was the perfect start to the celebration. Guests then made their way to the 9th Street Abbey in historic Soulard and enjoyed cocktails in the courtyard prior to the main event. A scrumptious feast followed by a lavish dessert bar with treats like cannolis & churros playing homage to her Italian & his Mexican culture delighted their guests. Then, the fabulous Quain from Rockstar DJs played got to work and the dance floor was packed until the last song.
Regina and Alex, thank you again for allowing us to share in your special day. We know this beautiful day was just the beginning of many amazing days ahead. xoxo
