I absolutely love the gals who make up the Altar'd Events team. And I love them even more when they have sister's who become dream clients. This is exactly how we met these lovebirds & we couldn't be more thankful to have helped create their amazing wedding day!
We met Christin through her awesome sister Hannah in November of 2015. Like our sweet Design Assistant, Christin is blessed with ridiculous amounts of creative talent. (We thanked their parents - who are also crazy talented - over and over for bringing such awesome people into the world!) As they shared the details they envisioned, we were overwhelmed with all of the personal touches that were going to make this backyard wedding unlike any other.
With the help of loving family and friends, Christin's childhood home was turned into the wedding to remember. Every detail - from the farmhouse tables & beautiful florals to the custom monogramed dance floor & thrift store cups - was hand-selected to compliment the relaxed vibe they wished to create for their wedding. Guests made their way to the ceremony site, tucked in the back of the property along a quaint stream and beautifully surrounded by nature. Gorgeous bluegrass harmonies welcomed each guest as they took their seat. Following the nuptials, guests made their way to the hand-crafted beer bar custom made by the groom's father. Clusterpluck turned up the volume and serenaded everyone with amazing melodies; the dance floor was packed instantly. Following dinner & the toasts, Party Starter DJ Company took over and kept the party going until 3am. Family and friends were invited to camp out fireside in the backyard when the celebration finally came to a close.
Christin & Sean's wedding day was as relaxing as it was fun - exactly as they wanted - and we couldn't be more grateful to have played a part. Cheers to your happily ever after!
